to Shop and Order Online At WILD MANGO: Navigating the WILD MANGO site is easy. You can browse through our merchandise group name, you can mix and match from other groups, so please browse through all groups before ordering. Your size options are , Toddler Girls, Toddler Boys, Big Girls, and Big Boys. When you have found an item you like, simply click on the “Add to Shopping Cart” button. This will place that item into the shopping cart until you are ready to check out. You may continue shopping and add as many items as you like to the shopping cart by pushing the “Add to Shopping Cart” button for that item. If you would like to review your order, click on the "Review Order" button/icon at the top of the page or the "Show Order" button on the left hand side of the page. This will take you to a page where you can review what items you have placed in the Shopping Cart and allow you to add or remove any items. You will not be billed for any items until you have completed the Check Out process. When you are ready to Check Out and buy the items you’ve selected, just click on the "Checkout" icon at the top of the page. Complete the information on the "Checkout" page and just follow the directions on that page. Please remember, that due to the nature of where and how we acquire our clothing inventory, we will have limited quantities in many of our products. So, if you see something of interest to you, snatch it up, because it may not be there tomorrow! Choices/Carriers: Our Standard Shipping typically takes 2-5 days after handling. We reserve the right to ship via USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground in order to get the best shipping value. All PO Box and APO/FPO shipping addresses will be sent via USPS. Our 2nd Day Air shipping will take 2-3 days to arrive. To be considered for 2nd Day Air, orders must be received with accurate shipping and billing information by 9:30AM Central Time (CT). Otherwise 2nd Day Air orders will be sent the next day. UPS 2nd Day Air deliveries are guaranteed by UPS to be delivered by the end of the second business day. Shipping
Locations: For APO/FPO military addresses, we can not clearly estimate the time of delivery to these addresses since the military handles the final stage of delivery to these addresses. 2nd Day Air deliveries can not be delivered to APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to any international locations. Shipping and Handling Rates: We have added UPS to our shipping team. UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air will be utilized in our services. Policy: Items that are sent as gifts can only be returned by the gift recipient for store credit and otherwise follow the same return guidelines as other purchases. We can not give cash (or cash equivalent, checks, etc.) or credit the recipient's credit card for gift returns. Original shipping charges and your return mailing charges for returns are not refundable. Your return mailing charges are reimbursable if the item is being returned as a result of our error.. We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We can not credit a different card. We do not give refunds by cash or check. In order to properly process your return, you must perform the following steps. These steps are important so that we know you are trying to return an item and we can properly credit your account. Step 1: Please fill out the Return Authorization Request Form to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will promptly mail the RA# back to you. This RA# will allow us to ensure proper credit on your return. Include the following information in your e-mail. Please
